If the specific gravity of the material is large or the mesh number of the screen to be installed in the dewatering screen is high, a supporting mesh with a suitable mesh number should be added under the screen mesh. The purpose is to play a supporting role and reduce the pressure of the material on the screen mesh. , prolong its service life;
6. When installing the dewatering screen pressing plate, some should pay attention to its flatness, and line it with a sponge sealing belt with strong elasticity to lock it evenly, because this is not only the key to the occurrence of duplex mixing, but also affects the service life of the vibrating screen. Key factor.
7. After the installation is completed, a small amount of material should be used to test the screen surface fabric and screening conditions. If the material is evenly transported forward, the distribution is accurate, and there is no mixing phenomenon, it means that it can be put into use; otherwise, if there is deviation or If there are uneven phenomena such as accumulation, the flatness, and uniformity of the screen surface of the dewatering screen should be adjusted or the eccentric hammer angle of the vibration motor should be adjusted; if there is mixing, the sealing of the dewatering screen should be checked and whether it is pressed.
