Polyurethane sieve plate is a component of the dewatering screen. The main function of the dewatering screen is dewatering and desliming. It can be used for sand washing in sand and gravel plants, coal slime recovery in coal preparation plants, and dry tailings of concentrators.
1, Polymer polyurethane screen (UHMW—-PE), hardness 95, has impact resistance, low temperature resistance and abrasion resistance.
2, The structure of the polyurethane sieve plate is relatively diversified, it is very convenient to replace, and the maintenance rate is relatively low, which can greatly reduce the maintenance volume of the product and the loss caused by the shutdown.
3, The use cost of polyurethane sieve plate is relatively low, and it can be replaced locally.
4, The effect of heavy-medium sieving is better. Polyurethane sieve plates are non-magnetic and oil-resistant. They do not block holes during heavy-medium sieving. The effect is better than stainless steel sieve plates and polyurethane sieve plates.
5, Polyurethane sieve plate is very resistant to corrosion, not easy to burn, non-toxic and odorless, and has very good low temperature resistance (no embrittlement at -40°C, no obvious physical changes).
6, The product has good vibration damping performance and strong noise reduction ability, which can reduce noise and make the screen material not easy to be broken during the vibration process.
