In the process of cleaning, relatively large adhesion must be overcome. When the magnetic field is stronger, the surface area is larger, and the accumulation of ferromagnetic impurities is more, the higher the k value of ferromagnetic impurities, the greater the adsorption force and the greater the difficulty of cleaning. . Since the magnetic rod must be cleaned with magnetism, even the cleaning method of using high-pressure water jetting the magnetic rod cannot be cleaned thoroughly, and the impact of high-pressure water will accelerate the demagnetization of the magnetic rod, so it can only be cleaned manually. For general ceramic factories, the number of magnetic rods is large, as many as hundreds or thousands, and manual cleaning is labor-intensive.

The automatic magnetic rod cleaning machine can solve this cleaning problem. It divides the magnetic rod into two areas, the working area is the magnetic absorption area. When cleaning, the scraper is pushed through the mechanical structure to scrape the impurities to the non-working area, that is, the non-magnetic area At this time, the impurities are separated from the magnetic attraction to them, so only a small amount of water can clean the impurities on the magnetic rod during cleaning.
