Vibration Feeder Installation
(1) When assembling, the connection screw between the exciter and the material tank must be tightened so as not to affect the stability of the electromagnetic vibration feeder. To ensure safe use, the exciter hood coupling bolts should be reliably grounded.
(2) This series of electric vibration machines are suspended installation using strong and reliable steel wire rope or orchid screws hung on the components with sufficient stiffness, and connected with the groove hook by vibration damping spring. In order to reduce the lateral oscillation of the resonator, the suspension boom in the width direction can be arranged with 10º opening outward.
(3) When installing, the groove body can be tilted downward by 10º to increase the amount of feeding, if it is used with the electronic program control device, it should be installed at a horizontal level, and check the horizontal level of the groove, otherwise the material will be offset on one side during the conveying process.
(4) In order to reduce the pressure of the material on the chute in the silo, a chute with a certain slope must be installed under the silo, and the chute must not touch the chute.
(5) There should be a certain swimming gap around the installed electric vibration machine, so that the electric vibration machine is in a free state.
