For the construction waste collected and transported, three levels of coarse, medium and fine recycled aggregates are formed after dust reduction by fog cannons, multi-stage crushing, screening and other processes; recycled aggregate, new aggregate, cement, pigment, etc. Proportionally mixed, sent to the host for pressing and molding, and the required permeable bricks can be produced.
According to the design, the brick-making machine production line of the system can produce 18,000 standard bricks per hour, the cement stabilized soil production line can produce 600 tons per hour. It can process 3 million cubic meters of construction waste every year, which means that it can save more than 600 acres of land per year.
