Reasons for overheating of vibrating screen bearings

During the operation of the vibrating screen bearing, the temperature rises too high, and the bearing is easily damaged. There are mainly the following reasons.

1. Design reasons:

(1) The bearing life is not calculated or the calculated value is low,

(2) The design of the bearing fit (dimension tolerance and shape tolerance) is unreasonable.

(3) The structural design of the lubrication system in the vibrator is unreasonable, and the bearings cannot be fully lubricated.

(4) Special bearings for vibration machinery are not selected.

2. the reasons for manufacturing:

(1) The machining accuracy of the other parts of the vibrator is not enough, and they are not processed strictly according to the drawings.

(2) The assembly of the vibrator is unscientific and brutal.

(3) The quality of the bearing is unqualified.

3. Reasons for use:

(1) The bearing cannot be lubricated regularly, too much or too little oil is added.

Solution: If the bearing is heated due to design and manufacturing reasons, the best way is to replace the vibrator with a new one. If the quality of the bearing is unqualified, replace the bearing with a new one, and lubricate strictly according to the requirements.
