The vibration motor is the core component of the vibration screening machine, that is, the exciter. The size of the exciting force is determined by the size of the vibrating screen, the characteristics of the material, and the processing capacity. The size of the vibration motor varies with the weight and processing capacity of the screening machine. If the exciting force is too large, the vibration screening machine will crack due to the excessive exciting force. If the exciting force is too small, the processing effect cannot be achieved, and the material may accumulate and block the net.
The bearing is the support point of the vibration motor or exciter. It is one of the most critical components in the vibration screening equipment. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body and reduce the friction coefficient and rotation accuracy during the operation of the vibration screening machine. When selecting bearings, pay attention to the following points:
1. Check whether there are cracks, impurities, and rust inside and outside the bearing;
2. Check whether there is noise when rotating and whether there is turbid oil stains on the surface;
3. Check the clearance of the bearing and whether the size is within the error range;
