Adjust additional weights: additional weights are installed beside the upper and lower weights, whose function is to increase or decrease the exciting force of the sieve machine. You can add or subtract other weights, depending on factors such as the number of layers in the device, the weight of materials, etc. Non-professionals should not add or reduce the rated weight at will.
Change the phase angle of the upper and lower weights of the vibrating motor, which can change the movement trajectory and residence time of the material on the screen, so that the screen machine can get used to the requirements of various materials, such as material distribution and production volume. Various changes such as power and network speed should be adjusted to the situation.
The upper part of the volume cannot be scheduled. Open the dispatch hole at the bottom of the equipment base, and then loosen the lower component fixing bolts. According to the trajectory of the screened material, adjust the phase angle of the upper and lower weights in the direction opposite to the discharge port, and tighten the fixing bolts. Then put a few materials on the surface of the sieve, let the sieve machine run, and check the movement trajectory of the materials on the surface of the sieve. If the processing parameters are effective, please stop the fixing bolts and stop scheduling (remember to tighten the fixing bolts).
